1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (no processing on weekends or U.S. public holidays). You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our primary warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. International transit is handled by our logistics partners, with final-mile delivery in the U.S.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations.

4. Total Estimated Shipping Time

Including processing and delivery, the total estimated shipping time is 6–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

5. Order Tracking

Registered customers can track orders in their account dashboard. Guests may track orders using the Order ID and email on our Order Tracking page.

6. Change of Delivery Address

You may update your delivery address at no extra cost before the shipment is released and a tracking number is issued. After shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

9. Order Cancellation

To cancel before shipment, please contact us immediately at support@microrejuva.com. Pre-shipment cancellations receive a full refund. Once shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
