At microrejuva.com, we are committed to providing quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

1. Eligibility

  • Defective Products: If an item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request a return or refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If the item you receive is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return or exchange at no cost.
  • Personal Preference: If you wish to return due to reasons such as wrong size or color ordered, the item must be unused and in original condition.

2. Return Period

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return your order.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@microrejuva.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Registered customers may also initiate a return request directly through their account dashboard by using the “Request Return” button.
  3. Once reviewed, we will provide you with the return address and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

All product prices on our website are inclusive of taxes and duties, so your refund will reflect the full amount you paid at checkout.

6. Fees

  • No handling fees are charged for returns.
  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for another size, color, or model, please mention this in your return request. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges do not incur additional handling or shipping fees.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Orders already shipped will follow our standard return policy.
